Collection: REVEALED: NEW AND EMERGING WA ABORIGINAL ARTISTS
12 April – 15 June
The exhibition spotlights artists at various stages in their careers and offers a rare chance to purchase their work, with all proceeds going directly to artists and their communities, supporting the continuation of emerging Aboriginal artists’ practices.
Remarkable in its breadth, Revealed transports visitors across the state – from the red dirt of the Kimberley to the towering forests of the South-West – with works spanning painting, printmaking, photography, drawing, sculpture and weaving. The exhibition is accompanied by free artist talks, workshops, a drop-in art making space and a not-to-be-missed opening night.
Now in its 17th year, Revealed continues to be the place to see the latest in Aboriginal art.
The Revealed Exhibition is curated by Whadjuk, Ballardong and Wilman Noongar artist and curator Zali Morgan and presented in partnership with the Aboriginal Art Centre Hub of WA (AACHWA).
